2. Use of Services

• You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of India.
• You shall not use our services for sending spam, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited messages.
• The content you transmit through our services is solely your responsibility.

3. Account & Payment

• Clients must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• All payments for services are non-refundable once the service is activated, unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing and packages may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Message Delivery

• While we use advanced technology and trusted operator routes, Skylead Solutions does not guarantee 100% delivery of messages due to third-party dependencies (operators, DND restrictions, device issues, etc.).
• Delivery reports are provided as received from telecom operators.

5. Prohibited Usage

• You agree not to use our platform for:
• Sending illegal, obscene, or defamatory content.
• Spamming or phishing activities.
• Violating telecom, IT, or privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• All logos, brand names, designs, and content on our website are the property of Skylead Solutions.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use, misuse, or interruption of services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations, abuse, or illegal activities.

9. Modifications

• These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
